I was very impressed with the service Erik provided! He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He also sent the results quickly with an explanation and labeled pictures of anything that was not acceptable. I would highly recommend going through NPI.

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
I thought my agent was crazy when they suggested having a prelisting inspection on my home. Working with the professionals at NPI turned out to be a great experience. We fixed a few items the inspector pointed out, and I believe it helped our home sell faster.
