Fred was professional and addressed all my concerns and found some extra things I needed to have my builder look at. He was very polite, patient, and trustworthy. Even though it was raining outside, he was still very thorough in his inspection. He took pictures of all the appliances for my records and all the defects to show my builder. I recommended him to all my neighbors, friends, and co-workers.
