Pat was very thorough and very professional. He is very friendly and pleasant to converse with. He is very detailed in explanation. Pat is very knowledgeable while answering various questions regarding his findings. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is going to purchase a home. Also, the charge for the inspection was very affordable and very well worth the money.

Pat is a superior inspector. He understands the unique challenges we face as Brokers and Agents to provide full fledged, comprehensive information to clients, which allows us to completely inform and educate our clients. He has also mastered that skill set in a way that does not, in the process of informing the client terrify them while identifying all all areas, reasonable and otherwise, requiring attention.
