We were very pleased with the inspection done on a townhouse we purchased recently. Cam had to reschedule due to a family issue. This was done professionally. He was on time and had all the tools required. He was very good about explaining things and answering questions in terms that were easily understood. Billing was prompt and easy to process through PayPal. Would definitely recommend Cam!

I thought my agent was crazy when they suggested having a prelisting inspection on my home. Working with the professionals at GPI turned out to be a great experience. We fixed a few items the inspector pointed out, and I believe it helped our home sell faster.
