Mark did a VERY thorough and professional inspection of my home prior to the closing of the purchase. My real estate agent was present at the time of the inspection, and she was amazed at the amount of time and attention to detail that Mark devoted to the inspection. I would highly recommend Mark -- 5 stars out of 4!

Mark did an amazingly thorough job in inspecting the condo that we purchased. The third property that we have purchased in California, I was especially impressed by the manner in which he communicated his findings, both during the inspection and in in his extensive and detailed report.
