Garry provided excellent, timely service in his inspection of our facility. He was knowledgable, courteous and friendly, taking the time to review his report with us in "layman's" terms. He shared resources and aided us in developing a maintenance program for our building.

As a Realtor in Victoria, a home inspection can be fraught with nerves...Garry has a wonderful demeanor, is extremely knowledgeable, collaborative and explains things in a very easy to understand manor. How do you think we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
Garry takes the time needed to do a careful evaluation. His walk-through was thorough and clearly presented - I've now been on two of those with him and he was excellent in both. His initial assessment came via email within hours, and the full report - over 40 pages with abundant photographs - came less than a day later. Time is often of the essence in house buying, and yet no corners were cut. I highly recommend Garry Pigeon if you are buying a house - he's a fine professional.

It is our pleasure to refer Garry to any prospective home buyer. Having bought many homes over the years, and having used different home inspectors ,we can safely say Garry has exceeded our expectations on every count. He is thorough , professional, and has a great depth of knowledge. Over the past several years, we have had Garry inspect three homes for us, two of which had very serious structural problems undetectable to the naked eye. Because of Garry's work, we safely bypassed being featured on Holmes on Homes, and have purchased with a great amount of confidence knowing our new home is a good one. To anyone wanting a quality inspection, we have no problem giving thumbs up to Garry.

Thank you for doing this inspection on such short notice. Thanks for finding out the condition of the roof. This will need to be looked as soon as possible or the owner will have to fix it or possibly take it off the asking price. I will definitely tell people about the great inspections you do. I have dealt with other inspectors in the past that don't even come close to your service.

Thank you for the WEALTH OF INFORMATION! I printed off your report (32 pages!) and Lowell and I will read it in detail this evening. I think the photos are magnificent (I'm a Photographer) and although you probably go through houses on a daily basis, the camera angles are excellent! Thank you too for the list of contractors- especially painting contractors- that much stencilling on the interior white walls is just sick and wrong!
