Todd did a fantastic job with the inspection of our home! He takes his profession seriously, has a keen eye for spotting potential problems, has invested in the tools needed to answer difficult questions (like what might lie behind walls and floors), and most importantly, went above and beyond the date of the actually inspection to take they time to explain his findings to us in detail and helped to guide us on appropriate next steps. We were very impressed with the detail of the inspection, the clarity of the report, the professionalism of Todd and Wayne. How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
A commercial interior renovation project doesn't usually need a Property Inspection Service, but when it is in a heritage building, 100+ years old, you find things along the way...that shouldn't be there. Global Property Inspections came in to do our mold testing/sampling, reporting for remediation and the follow up. The process was extremely thorough and succint. Very professional, knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone!
