How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
Trevor was our home inspector and we were very impressed with the care and detail Trevor took in our property inspection. We have piece of mind knowing our property was inspected properly and professionally. Trevor was very courteous and thorough- he explained every detail fully and even made is a detailed binder to keep for our reference so we would always have it to look back on during this busy, stressful time. Trevor did an outstanding job of pointing out significant issues that were missed the last time the home was inspected. Not only was he very professional and thorough, but he was very personable as well, which made us feel very much at ease. We had the opportunity to ask any questions we needed to, and were very reassured after receiving the inspection report. After meeting up with an inspector who was NEW and Unprofessional I was very nervous about finding a GOOD and QUALIFIED inspector. I thought that all inspectores would be the same. I learnt the hard way that this is NOT the case. I am very glad to have found Gerry. He is EXPERIENCED and knows what he is doing. He took the fear out of buying a home. I HIGHLY recommend him. Be safe- Hire Gerry

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection. Gerry provided indications of all areas in which maintenance and repairs are needed, and has likely saved me thousands of dollars- because I know an once of provention is worth a pound of cure.

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
We recently required the services of a home inspector. Gerry Millen of Global Property Inspections came to look at our office. He was very thorough and he arrived right on time with very little notice.I'd hire GPI anytime. They worked hard and answered all my questions regarding the report.

Reports have been done on time and are very thorough and cost estimates have been provided to remedy the properties deficiencies that have been identified by GPI Regina. I am 100 percent confident in Gerry MilIen's level of expertise and I enjoy having his company participate inthe due diligence of any property that we would seriously look at prior to purchasing the property.
