This was my first home inspection ever so I didn't know what to expect, but what I witnessed was a thorough, concise, and honest review of everything I could think of and even more. On top of that, being new to this, I had a lot of "dumb" questions which he was able to explain thoroughly and help me to understand everything. It was very educational for me. I was confident from the reviews before I even met Steve that he was the right choice. He was prompt and responsive when I sent an inquiry through his website, and we had a date/time scheduled within a day of initiating contact. He showed up 30+ minutes prior to the appointment and began working diligently on the inspection. He explained everything from the beginning and walked myself and the two real estate agents through the home during his inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I am very handy with home repairs but was pleasantly surprised when he picked up on several things I overlooked when I searched the home initially. His expertise is great! He had my (the buyer's) interest in mind and gave me his unbiased opinion for any and all deficiencies that arose during the home inspection. The PDF report was completed promptly (in less than 12 hours!) and included several dozen color photos to clarify each inspected item. He offered his cell phone number and insisted I contact him with any further questions. I had a truly great experience with this inspection and highly recommend Steve. His service is far superior to other inspectors I've worked with in the past!
