Alfred was great- very thorough. He could tell I was nervous about buying a renovation property and made a point to tell me that I picked a house with good "bones". Just that little bit of friendliness along with such a comprehensive inspection made me feel a lot better about buying this house!

Alfred recently completed an inspection and wrote a comprehensive report on short notice The report is one of the best I've ever seen, and I've been in the commercial real estate business for many years To turn it around that quickly was amazing I do not hesitate to recommend his services

I wanted to write and personally thank NPI for the thorough inspection they did. My wife and I really appreciate the extra effort Alfred put in during the inspection and the quick turn around on the report. Not all inspectors act in the best interest of their clients and we wanted to extend our gratitude.

The home inspection is an important component to the home buying process. Having a trustworthy inspector is very important. I have recently used Alfred for several home inspections. In addition to always being on time, professional and knowledgeable, Alfred has a very calm and patient manner. He clearly communicates to the client what was discovered in his inspection and he never exaggerates. He gives excellent advice. I will be calling on his services again.
