How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
I was so pleased with the prompt service we received from Doug (and Norah at reception). I contacted them last minute and they really went out of their way and out of normal work hours to make the inspection happen. If it weren't for their flexibility, we would have lost our home (because the Ottawa market is so hot!) Doug was also very professional and thorough answering every question and concern. There was so much attention to detail. Doug and Norah really care about their customers! Thank you both again for everything!!

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
Doug Kendall has completed a number of inspections throughout the last few years and I cannot recommend him more highly. His inspections were professional, thorough and complete. They were not the type of inspection to just “make the deal happen” but rather a thorough inspection to allow my clients to make totally informed decisions. His work and experience provided my clients with excellent information and guidance for their purchase experience. He was always prompt and courteous and I would have absolutely no reservation recommending him to any of my family, friends, colleagues or clients. His guidance should be taken into consideration for any purchase that he is involved in. We find it truly unfortunate that Doug chose to relocate and it has left us scrambling to find another inspector with the same dedication and professionalism that Doug demonstrated but we do wish him successes in Ottawa! How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
We had a house inspection 6 months ago when purchasing our first home. Doug was very professional and left us with a lot of information. 6 months after we bought the house we woke up and the ceiling in our bedroom was leaking. We went on the roof, and that wasnt the problem. We were at a loss at what the problem may have been. We called Doug and described the problem and he gave us a few options and we think we have found the problem. Even though he moved over 3 hours away, he still took the time to help us. I would reccommend Doug for sure!
