How do you think we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
I am very happy with the type of report submitted and with the training and certification they receive. I like National Property Inspections' training and certification. I also like their inspection. They are thorough and methodical. I have had clients that couldn't view the homes themselves and felt much more confident because of the thorough report. It is very helpful. If National Property Inspections feels as though outside experience is necessary for their report, like an electrician or plumber, they will flag it. It is necessary to schedule the inspection to leave enough time for that if it is needed. I have used National Property Inspections for as long as I have been in the the real estate business. When asked by clients for an inspection business, I often recommend National Property Inspections. I have found them helpful to the transaction, not an obstruction.

Good, thorough job. Keven Johnson is very reliable. He is always there when he says he is going to be there, which is very important to me. I was first introduced to him when his daughter bought a house from me. He inspected her home. Since then, he has done inspections for some of my other home buyers. I would also use Keven for pre-inspections for clients selling their homes. Keven does a good, thorough job. He is prompt and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. Thorough, reasonably priced. We have known Keven Johnson for a while. Originally, he was a client of ours. Fits me in right away. Great to work with. I have had a good experience working with Keven Johnson. When I need him to do inspections for me, he fits me in right away. He is good about doing exactly what I ask for and getting the job done. Keven is listed on a brochure of inspectors that I give to my clients. They usually choose Keven because his services are all-inclusive. He does everything for one fee, so you actually save money.
