I could not have asked for more! James was recommended highly and he more than lived up to the expectations. He was knowledgable and willing to share his expertise on many different areas of the home I was purchasing. He was also very personable and made me feel comfortable to go ahead and purchase this house. I would not hesitate using James again!

James at National Property Inspections provides an excellent service and he is a great individual. The inspection was detailed, thorough and actionable (meaning I knew what to do with any of the issues raised). After the inspection I had some follow up requests, including a roof re-inspection and I was treated with the same professionalism as before. Top Notch, Highly Recommended.

I thought my agent was crazy when they suggested having a prelisting inspection on my home. Working with the professionals at NPI turned out to be a great experience. We fixed a few items the inspector pointed out, and I believe it helped our home sell faster.
