I was very pleased with the care he took in looking over the house and the explanations (how things worked, what was needed and how serious any concerns were. There were many things that I would not have been aware of without this inspection.

Mr. Buhrman was very helpful. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and was unaware of a lot of issues. Mr. Buhrman took the time to answer my questions and explain everything he was doing. His report is very detailed and all of his recommendations are easy to understand for first-timers.
