How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
I highly recommend Mike Birenbaum's (NPI) home inspection service. We asked Mike to inspect a home we were considering purchasing and were very impressed with how thorough and professional his report was. It was very convenient to have the report delivered electronically within 24hrs as well as a hard copy. Having someone with Mike's experience and ethics perform our inspection went a long way to help us understand the quality and issues with our home purchase. We highly recommend Mike and would use his services again.

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
Mike was very thorough in his inspection and very professional. He didn't miss anything and got us our 70 page report to us in less then 24 hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The money to hire him was well spent and we had an overal great expirience working with him.

How do you feel we performed on the inspection we recently completed for you?
Thank you for the report Mike. We are using the same Plumbing Contractor who repaired the foundation leaks next door and 2 houses down. We met with them yesterday and they are pretty sure we have the same problem. They will do some testing and provide my Seller an estimate. We have the builder involved who may pay for all the repairs since the home has a full 10 year warranty for any defects regardless who the owner is. Home is only 7 yrs. old. You should have seen the photo's, damage done by these leaks! The pipes in the ground had huge holes. Cost/damage was $70K worth between the 2 homes. Yikes!!! Let me just say my $275 investment to have you do the inspection just may end up being the best investment we have made. Thanks again
