I felt that the inspection was thorough and the report was informative. A lot of things saw nothing wrong with Tommy pointed out the life expectancy or the concerns he had about it. Overall I think he did a great job!

Although I was not present for the inspection, I know Mr. Arnold was dedicated to this inspection, spending over six hours at the property with my clients. He also kindly re-arranged his schedule twice in order to accommodate the situation. He was kind, professional, and prompt. Great job!

Tommy was very professional and overall a nice gentleman. Someone else referred him to me during my home buying process. As you know, the best advertisement is word of mouth. He did an inspection for the first house that my husband and I picked out and we ended up not getting that house because of the issues and the fact that the bank was not wiling to fix anything. I scheduled him for the second house however the morning of the inspection, my agent informed me that the gas was not on. It was a little over 2 hours before the inspection. i immediately contacted Tommy to inform him that we needed to reschedule or do a two part inspection. Tommy did not answer and did not notice that messages were left until almost an hour before the inspection in which by that time, he was 10 minutes away. after that, situation, Tommy admitted that he was in the wrong for not paying attention to his phone and in the end, did not charge us extra for having to come back a second time to do the inspection. His honesty is what touched me and i ended up giving a little more any way. i would highly recommend Tommy to anyone who not only want a thorough inspection with a detailed report provided the same day or next day, but who also want someone who will be real and honest and restful. i would like to add that Tommy is punctual. he arrived when her said he was going to arrive or earlier than his quoted time. Great guy! Thanks again for everything Tommy.

Very good inspection. This is my first experience with having a home inspected, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am very versed in building and electrical work. He had many things on his report I would not have thought to look for. I would have liked to see a little more invasive test; pulling back boards, pulling plugs, checking out well pump. I do not know how far a usual inspection goes however. All in all a good experience.
